50ml Malachite Fynbos Gin

20ml Lemon Juice

1.5 Bar spoons Sugar

Topped with soda
METHOD
Add the Gin, lemon and sugar to a highball glass
and stir until sugar is diluted.
Add ice and top with soda. Stir to lift Gin, sugar
and lemon.
Garnish with lemon Zest or Lemon Slice
