INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Malachite Fynbos Gin
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- .5 Bar spoons Sugar
- Topped with soda
METHOD
Add the gin, lemon juice, and sugar to a highball glass and stir until the sugar is diluted.
Add ice and top with soda. Stir to lift the gin, sugar, and lemon.
Garnish with lemon zest or a lemon slice.
