GIN NEGRONI

INGREDIENTS

  • 25ml Malachite Fynbos Gin
  • 25ml Sweet Red Vermouth
  • 25ml Campari

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a stirring beaker with ice.
Stir until cold and diluted.

Strain into a chilled rocks glass and garnish with
an orange zest or orange wedge.
