Dark Rum Mojtio

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Elephantom Rum
  • 1.5 Bar spoons sugar
  • 6 – 8 lime wedges
  • Mint

Topped with Soda (Optional Ginger Beer)

METHOD

Add Rum, Limes and sugar to a highball glass. Muddle
the limes and add mint. Add crushed ice and churn with
a bar spoon to lift and blend all ingredients. Add more
crushed ice and top with soda.

GARNISH

Garnish with mint sprig.
