COBBLER

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Karo Brandy XO

  • 1.5 Bar spoons Sugar

  • 20ml Lemon Juice

  • Topped with Soda


METHOD

Add Brandy, Sugar and Lemon juice to a highball
glass. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

Add ice and top with soda. Stir all ingredients to
lift the sugar and Brandy solution.

Flamed orange zest
